Competitive analysis helped identify patterns and behaviors to optimize the existing interface. The brand identity was redefined to be scalable and adaptable across all materials.
Initial work focused on low-fidelity wireframes for the chat structure and user flows, progressively applying brand concepts to high-fidelity design. These foundations were then carried over to the website redesign, starting with a Miro board to map out sections and content structure.
A clean, scalable interface was created for Koolspan’s secure communication platform, supporting messaging, group chats, and voice/video calls across desktop and mobile with a consistent, intuitive experience.
Each feature was developed based on UX benchmarks from leading communication apps, then tailored to the specific needs of the client. From low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity mockups, we applied brand elements throughout the product, establishing a visual system that became the foundation for future design and development.
