Investors. Manage each own investments, view statistics, uploads and documents.
Fund Managers. Manage funds uploading information and documents, and inviting new investors.

To implement solutions. Implement holistic processes in experience design and development to achieve results consistent with people’s needs and technological capabilities.
To update the library. Improve and update the design of the Material UI library components, to obtain a better interaction based on usability.

In 2 stages. In two phases. First, updates and maintenance for the existing fund manager web portal. In the second phase, new features were developed.
By sprints. Depending on requirements and projected changes, each sprint lasted from two to three weeks.

On the development side of things, we implemented opt-in Multi Factor Authentication with Auth0, with certain app processes requiring it, leading to increased security for all users.
Among the new features implemented are various invoice management processes to facilitate interaction between admins and regular users, and an Impersonate function allowing admins to view the app as if they had the same access privileges as a regular user (preventing actions such as Delete and the ability to view sensitive or private information)
We improved the existing design system in terms of visual accessibility throughout all portals and pages, achieving a consistent system for all roles. We migrated to the latest (v5) version of the Material UI component library. We adapted the various themes’ color palettes in the pursuit of higher accessibility.
